Get Jozii and get a job!

I’ve been waiting for some fresh and original ideas related to college student job websites and I think I’ve found it: Jozii.com.  Jozii ensures quality applicants for businesses by allowing employers to specify who can see their job posting by major, skill set, school, location, GPA and a bunch of other filters. This is win-win, as students and companies get exactly what they’re looking for. Plus the .edu exclusivity (an .edu email is required) allows the filters to apply to the entire applicant pool. Simple and effective.

Also, Jozii could well reduce cost for businesses by encouraging a comparable culture fit before the first interview.  Through a few multiple-choice questions, Jozii determines the best business environments  for students.

Another great idea…Jozii allows employers to personally assess “culture fit” through 30-second introduction videos that are an essential part of student profiles. Finally, we join the 21st century!
